They receive a branded invitation to explore premium client gifts, from gourmet treats and smart tech to wellness and home essentials. They choose, we deliver—simple, thoughtful, and scalable. What does it cost to send a Let Them Choose gift?
You pick the collection that matches your budget. We have four collections to choose from:
- $50
- $75
- $100
- $150
The price shown includes shipping & handling to the Contiguous USA, applicable taxes, etc.
Will my recipient see the price of the gifts?
No, we do not display any prices to your recipients.
How soon will my recipient receive the email invitation?
If you select today’s date (default), your invitation will be sent a few minutes after you complete your order. If you specify a future date, your email will be sent at 8:00 AM ET on the selected date.
What happens if my recipient doesn't pick a gift?
In addition to the original email invitation, we will send three reminders as needed to those who have not claimed their gift.
After your Let Them Choose campaign has ended (60 days from the first email), if you have unclaimed gifts, you can request a store credit for 85% of the value of the unclaimed gifts. The remaining 15% is used to cover our credit card merchant fees and to maintain our Let Them Choose platform.
Can I track who has selected a gift?
Yes. When you are signed into your account after having placed a Let Them Choose order, you will see a link in the main navigation menu titled “Let Them Choose Orders.” When you click on this link, you will be able to see the status of each invitation sent. Also, you will receive an email notification as gifts are claimed.
Can I send a Let Them Choose gift outside the USA?
We currently only ship to the USA.
Can I send to more than one recipient?
Yes. You can enter bulk recipients one at a time or upload a spreadsheet with your recipients if that is easier.
Can I include a personalized message with each invitation?
Yes, the email invitation will include a personalized message to your recipient. You can also upload your logo (optional) and an image to include in your invitation email.
