What does it cost to send a Let Them Choose gift?
You pick the collection that matches your budget. We have four collections to choose from:
- $50
- $75
- $100
- $150
The price shown includes shipping & handling to the Contiguous USA, applicable taxes, etc.
Will my recipient see the price of the gifts?
No, we do not display any prices on the choose your gift page.
How soon will my recipient receive the email invitation?
When you place your order you choose the date when your recipients are notified.
What gift packaging will my gift ship in?
Curated Gift Sets:
By default we use our Shadow Breeze black gift boxes if a curated gift set is selected. If you want to upgrade to one of our premium packaging options or a branded packaging option (for an additional cost) contact us and we will make that happen.
Individual Gifts:
Individual gifts will ship in the original manufacturer's packaging inside of a shipping box. No price information is displayed on any of our gifts.
Can I send a Let Them Choose gift outside the USA?
We currently only ship to the USA.
Free shipping only applies to the contiguous USA. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping costs in all four price ranges.
Can I send to more than one recipient?
You can send up to 20 Let Them Choose gifts using our online form. For more than 20 recipients, please follow the instructions to upload a spreadsheet to save time entering information manually.
What happens if my recipient doesn't pick a gift?
In addition to the original email invitation, we will send reminders as needed to those who have not claimed their gift.
You will be CC'd on the invitation links and may want to encourage those who have not selected a gift to claim their gift.
After your Let Them Choose campaign has ended (default is 60 days) if you still have unclaimed gifts reach out to us at info@shadowbreeze.com and we will issue a store credit for the value of any unclaimed gifts.
Can I create my own custom collections?
If you are shipping to 25 or more recipients, contact us to create your own custom collection which can include a subset of one or more of our curated collections.
