When you are ready to proceed, we will collect a deposit and will schedule your in-depth consultation where we will discuss all aspects of your gift design and reserve your time on our production schedule.

Based on the information provided in our in-depth consultation, we will provide an initial gift design for you to review. As needed, we will make revisions until the gift is perfect and you are ready to sign off on the design.

Sourcing & Assembly

After you have approved the gift design and submitted your payment, we get to work sourcing the gift contents and gift packaging, inspecting products as they arrive, prepping items as needed, and assembling your gifts.

Shipping & Delivery

When the gifts are ready to ship, we will coordinate with our carriers to ensure an on-time delivery. We will also work with your venue as needed to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition at the right place and right time.

Frequently Asked Custom Gift Design Questions

How Much Lead Time Is Required for Custom Gifts?

Generally, we need four to six weeks after you approve your gift design to source gift contents and packaging and to assemble the gifts. Smaller campaigns may require less time.

Lead times in the 4th quarter, especially November and December, may be longer depending on our production availability. We encourage you to start your custom design for personalized gifts in the 4th quarter as early as possible.

If you need custom-designed gifts in a hurry, reach out to one of our gifting experts to see what is possible with your timeline. We have been known to make miracles happen on occasion with faster delivery times.

Is There a Minimum Number of Gifts Required to Build a Custom Gift?

We do not require a minimum number of gifts for our custom gifting service, but when purchasing small quantities of custom gifts, your price per gift will be higher for three reasons:

1) Our fixed costs, such as the labor involved with designing the custom gift, will be spread out over fewer gifts

2) Some of our suppliers do have minimum order quantities, so in some cases, we will purchase more items than needed, and those costs are spread out over the total number of gifts ordered.

3) Many of our suppliers offer discounts when purchasing in bulk, and we include those savings in the gift price when buying in larger quantities.

Most of our custom gift campaigns include 20 to 1,000 gifts, but we can do more or fewer. Regardless of size, each custom-made gift will be assembled to delight clients, employees, friends, family, or whoever you will be gifting.

What is the Price Range for Your Custom Gifts?

Most of our custom gifts are in the $75 to $200 range (plus shipping) but we can design premium gifts at any higher price point.

It is difficult to design impressive & impactful gifts for less than $75 (plus shipping) but if you would like to discuss a smaller per gift budget for larger campaigns, please complete the form on this page and we will explore possibilities together.

How Much is Your Deposit and What Is It Used For?

If after our initial consultation you decide you would like to proceed with our custom gift design service, we will collect a $250 deposit before we start the design process.

Your $250 deposit will be applied as a credit to your invoice when your gifts are ready to ship.

If for any reason you decide not to proceed with your order after we have started work on a custom gift design the deposit will be used to cover a small portion of the costs we incurred designing your gifts.

Can You Include Custom Cards or Inserts with My Gifts?

If you can dream it, we can probably do it. A personal mesage is a key part of your gift. We can help with the insert/card design or you can provide that to us with a print quality file. All of those details will be discussed in the in-depth consolation after making the decision to proceed with your custom gifts.

Can You Ship To Multiple Locations?

Yes, we can ship your custom gifts to a single location or directly to a loved one, employee, client, or other your other recipients.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship to many international locations, depending on the contents of your gift and the location.

Our gifting experts understand the complexities of customs, duties, and VAT taxes, and can help you design a gift that is less likely to be delayed with customs at your destination country.

Can You Brand My Gifts with My Logo?

Yes, we can brand your gift packaging, gift tags, inserts and many gift contents as well.

Do You Charge a Fee for Your Custom Gift Design Services?

On average, we spend five to eight hours designing a custom gift, including one or two revisions.

While we don't charge a specific design fee, we do include our labor costs in the per gift price. When purchasing large quantities of personalized gifts, it won't impact your price too much, but on smaller orders, it will impact the per gift price more.

We do collect a $250 deposit that will be applied as a credit to your final invoice. If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with your order after we have started working on your gift design, the $250 will help cover a small portion of the costs we incurred.
