When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday, ship the same day.  Adding personalization to your gift will not delay your order.

 

How Much Will My Shipping Cost?

When you place an order on our website you will see all of the available shipping methods and prices for your location.    All of our orders ship from our warehouse in Kaysville Utah.  Shipping costs will vary based on the distance from our warehouse to your location and the weight and dimensions of the item ordered.   Most of our gifts ship in our large custom keepsake boxes or wooden crates which are then packed in a cardboard box to protect them during shipping.  These packages are impressive to receive but can be expensive to ship.   Standard/Ground shipping is significantly less expensive than air shipping but it can take more time to arrive.  Order early to save on shipping costs.   

We have negotiated shipping discounts with our carriers and pass on all discounts to you.  In addition we subsidize some or all of the shipping costs for each shipping method we offer.  The rates you pay on our website for shipping items as large and heavy as our gifts are significantly less expensive than you would get purchasing directly through the carriers.  

 

Do you Ship Outside the USA?

At this time we ship to the USA & Canada.    When shipping to Canada we cover all customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes.  The gift recipient will not pay anything to receive their gift.  

 

When Will My Gift Arrive?

When you check out from the site you will be shown all available shipping dates and the estimated day of arrival for each of the methods.  On rare occasions a package may be delayed due to inclement weather or other carrier issues but we find that well over 98%+ of packages arrive on the date scheduled.  

 

Do You Guarantee Your Delivery Dates?

Yes, if UPS does not attempt a delivery on the estimated delivery date shown when you checkout, let us know and we will refund your shipping costs.  Our guarantee does not cover any carrier delays due to inclement weather,   mechanical issues or incomplete/incorrect addresses.

We primarily use UPS to ship our packages.   

 

Can I order a gift now and have it delivered on a specific date in the future?

Yes, if you would like to have your gift delivered 8 or more days in the future please select the "Hold - Ship Later" option during checkout.  After you order is placed text your order number and your desired delivery date to 844-994-4387.   

We cannot schedule deliveries on weekends and holidays so please select the closest weekday.   While delays with our carriers are rare, you may want to select a delivery day one or two days earlier than needed in case of any delays.
