UPS Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day when ordered by 2:00 PM ET - Don't count the day your order ships, weekends, or holidays when calculating transit times.

UPS Two-Day Air: Delivered in two business days when ordered by 2:00 PM ET - Don't count the day your order ships, weekends, or holidays when calculating transit times.

Standard Shipping:  Free to Contiguous USA on Orders over $100.  See map and delivery times below when ordered by 2:00 PM ET - Not Available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.  Free standard shipping over $100 is based on each shipping address.   When shipping to multiple addresses on one order, the item total must be above $100 for each address to qualify for the free shipping.

    Shipping FAQs

    When Will My Order Ship?

    Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Adding personalization to your gift will not delay your order.

    How Much Will Shipping Cost?

    At checkout, you will see all available shipping methods and real-time rates for your location.

    All orders ship from our warehouse in Kaysville, Utah. Shipping costs vary based on the destination, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items in your order.

    We have negotiated discounted rates with our carriers and pass those savings on to you. In many cases, we also subsidize a portion of the shipping cost.

    Do You Ship Outside the United States?

    We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

    For shipments to Canada, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning we cover all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Your recipient will not have to pay anything to receive their gift.

    When Will My Gift Arrive?

    During checkout, you will see estimated delivery dates for each available shipping method.

    While delays are rare, factors such as weather or carrier issues can occasionally impact delivery. That said, the vast majority of our shipments arrive on the scheduled delivery date.

    Do You Guarantee Delivery Dates?

    Guaranteed delivery is only available for select expedited shipping methods. All other delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier.

    Which Carriers Do You Use?

    We primarily ship via UPS and USPS, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

    Can I Order Now and Schedule Delivery for a Future Date?

    Yes. If you would like your gift delivered 8 or more days in the future, select the “Buy Now, Ship Later” option during checkout.

    After placing your order, email your order number and preferred delivery date (weekday only) to info@shadowbreeze.com.

    We do not schedule deliveries on weekends or holidays. For time-sensitive gifts, we recommend selecting a delivery date one to two days earlier than needed to account for any potential carrier delays.
