Below are answers to common questions about ordering, customization, shipping, and corporate gifting programs at Shadow Breeze. If you need help planning a gift for clients, employees, or an event, our team is happy to help.

Ordering

How do I place an order with Shadow Breeze?

You can place an order directly on our website for ready-to-ship gifts, build your own custom gift box, or use our Let Them Choose program for recipient-selected gifts.

If you are ordering one or more of our Ready-to-Ship curated gift sets, you will choose your gift packaging, card, any personalization or branding you would like to add, and then add the gift to your cart. From the cart, you can choose to ship to multiple addresses or complete a single shipping address checkout.

If you build your own custom gift box, with or without branding, after completing the builder steps, you will be taken directly to the cart page. From there, you can ship to multiple addresses (if shipping more than one gift) or complete the single shipping address checkout.

If you are sending Let them Choose Gifts, you first will select your gifting tier (budget), then enter your recipient information, and then build your custom email. Once you have completed those steps, you will be taken to the checkout. Since you are not shipping physical products, choose the single address checkout and complete your order. Your recipient will then enter their own shipping addresses when your gifts are claimed.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No, all of our gifts can be purchased individually or in bulk, including branded and personalized gifts.

Looking for corporate gifts with no minimum order? Shadow Breeze makes it easy to send premium gifts one at a time or at scale.

Can I send gifts to multiple recipients at different addresses in one order?

Yes, after adding the gifts you want to your cart, you will see a "Ship to Multiple Addresses" option on the cart page. Simply select that option and continue your checkout.

If you already have your recipient information in a spreadsheet and would prefer to send that to us, we can create your order for you based on the information you send to us, and then we will send you a
digital invoice for payment.

How do I provide shipping addresses for multiple recipients?

You can enter the names and addresses into our Multi-Address Shipping checkout, or if you prefer, you can send a spreadsheet with the names and addresses, and we can enter them for you.

Can companies place large corporate gift orders?

Yes, we have clients who have ordered 8,000+ gifts on a single order. When ordering in bulk (25 or more gifts), contact us for bulk pricing and lead times.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We also accept ACH payments on approved accounts.

Can your team help me choose the right gifts for clients or employees?

Customization & Branding

How long does it take to brand or personalize my gift?

Branding or personalizing your gifts will not delay shipping. Customization is completed the same day, in-house, to ensure quality and speed.

Which items can be branded or personalized?

In addition to our gift packaging and cards, we brand many other items, including notebooks, pens, tumblers, water bottles, glassware, coasters, golf balls, mousepads, tech items like power banks, wireless chargers, USB drives, and more.

Can branding be subtle rather than large or promotional?

We encourage subtle branding to improve the recipient experience with your gifts. We will brand your gifts according to your branding requirements.

What file format do you need for our company logo?

Vector files are preferred, but we can also work with large, high-resolution .pngs and jpgs. For best results, we suggest using a logo color that contrasts with the color of the item being branded. For example, a white logo on a black box or powerbank, or a colored logo on a white box or wireless charger.

Can branding be added to the packaging instead of the products?

Yes, we think branding your gift packaging is a great strategy, and all of our gift packaging options include a branding option.

Can individual gifts be personalized with names or messages?

Yes, any of our cards or gift packaging options can be personalized with a name or message, as well as many of the individual gift items.

Can gifts be customized with our company logo?

Yes, all of the gifts we sell can have your branding added to the gift packaging and card. Many of our gifts also include items that can be branded.

What types of branding options do you offer?

We offer branded gift packaging, branded cards, and many individual items that can be branded. Branding for all of the items you see on our site is done in-house and will not delay your order.

Shipping

What if I don’t have all recipient addresses yet?

For custom bulk orders, we don't need the addresses until two to three days before we ship. You can place your order and then provide the names and addresses prior to shipping.

With our Let Them Choose, gifting your recipients can enter their own shipping address.

What does it cost to ship a gift?

Orders over $100 (per shipping address) ship free with standard shipping to the contiguous USA.

Orders under $100 (per shipping address) ship for $9.99 with standard shipping to the contiguous USA.

2-Day and Next-Day Air shipping is available. Rates vary based on gift size, weight, and location. Rates will be shown during checkout.

We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Rates vary based on gift size, weight, and location. Rates will be shown during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day.

Transit times vary based on location. We ship from our offices in Utah. Standard shipping transit times are as follows:

  • Western US: 2-3 business days
  • Central US: 3-4 business days
  • Eastern US: 4-5 business days

Don't count the day your order ships, weekends, or holidays when calculating business days.

How do you ship your gifts?

We use UPS and the USPS to ship our gifts. All shipping methods are insured and include a tracking number, which will be sent to you when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

For orders placed on our website, we ship to the USA and Canada. For bulk corporate orders, we can ship worldwide.

Whenever we ship outside of the USA, we ship with DDP shipping and pre-pay the shipping, brokerage fees, DDP fees, duties, VAT, taxes, etc.

Can I ship directly to multiple recipients on one order?

Yes, after adding the gifts you want to your cart, you will see a "Ship to Multiple Addresses" option on the cart page. Simply select that option and continue your checkout.

Can you schedule gifts to arrive on a specific date?

Yes. During checkout, choose the "Buy Now - Ship Later" option and select your desired delivery date.

How quickly can bulk corporate gifts ship?

If you are including items we have in stock, bulk corporate gifts ship within one to two business days.

For custom-designed gifts, including items we don't have in stock, shipping times will vary based on lead times from our suppliers. Most custom campaigns ship in two to four weeks

Each large corporate gifting campaign is unique, and we tailor our solutions to your specific campaign.

Yes, we offer free gifting portals that allow you to send our pre-curated gifts or your custom gifts regularly with just a few clicks.

How does the Let Them Choose program work?

With our Let Them Choose or Pick a Gift program, you simply choose a budget and provide the email addresses of your recipients. We’ll send a customized email invitation—featuring your message, images, and branding—inviting them to select their gift and enter their own shipping address.
