Is there a minimum or maximum number of gifts I need to order and do you offer bulk discounts?

If selecting one of our ready to ship gifts from our website there is no minimum order size.

For custom gifts we require a minimum of 10 gifts be purchased.

Bulk discounts are available on all of our gifts and will be determined based on the number of gifts ordered. From 1 to 10,000 we can provide you a stress free gifting experience.

How do I place an order for my company or organization?

Can we create custom gifts that ship on a regular basis to new hires, applicants, award winners, perspective clients, etc.?

Yes, with our recurring gifting campaigns we make it easy to customize and send gifts on a regular basis. Our gifting experts will help you build your selection of gifts from our exisitng "ready to ship" gifts or will work with you to create custom gifts just for you.

We will work with you to determine frequency and volume to ensure that we always have your custom gift items in stock.

Can you design C-Suite or executive gifts?

Yes, we can work with you to design premium gifts that will impress your most discerning C-Level recipients. Our executive gifts include premium products from top brands as well as hand crafted items from local artisans.

Can my employees or clients select their own gifts? Can they enter their own shipping address?

You can allow your gift recipients to select their own gift from the existing gifts on our website or from a selection of custom gifts we help you design. We will provide you with a unique link to your own branded homepage on our site that you can share with your employees or clients. They will use that link to select their gift and enter their shipping address. After the gift selection window has closed, we will finalize your order and send you an invoice. After receipt of payment for the gifts selected and we will order the product (if needed) and prepare your gifts.

This is a great option if you want to give your employees/clients a choice of gifts and/or you don't have an updated list of addresses for your gift recipients.

Can I ship to multiple addresses? How much Is shipping? Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship gifts directly to your employees or clients. You provide us with the names and addresses and we take care of the rest.

Do you know that Shadow Breeze includes free shipping with all our ready to ship gifts shipped to the contiguous U.S. We want to give you the best deal possible, so no matter how big or small, all corporate gifts will ship free to the contiguous U.S. Discounted shipping rates are available to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Most gifts can also be shipped to international destinations. Contact one of our gifting experts to learn about our international shipping services and rates.

How far in advance should I place my order? What are your lead times for custom or bulk gifts?

Lead times vary based on items in the gift, the number of gifts ordered and the time of the year. If you are ordering small quantities of the ready to ship gifts you see on our website we can process your order the same day when you order by 3:00 PM Mountain Time. If you are placing a large order or would like to build a custom gift, call our gifting specialists at 844-99-GIFTS (844-994-4387) and we can let you how long it will take to prepare your custom or bulk order gifts.

Our custom order lead times are generally two to four weeks from the time the order is finalized and payment is received. We understand that some organizations have lengthy vendor onboarding processes or long payment lead times so we encourage you to start that process as early as possible, well before the design process is completed.

If ordering for delivery in December we encourage you to place your large or custom orders early (Sep - Oct) to guarantee delivery in December.

If you have a rush order let your gifting expert know and we will do everything possible to meet your desired delivery date. We have been known to work miracles every now and then.

Payment questions?

A 50% deposit payment is required at the time the order is finalized and before the products in the gifts are ordered and assembled. The remaining balance is due before the gifts ship. Estimated lead times discussed in the design process start upon the receipt of payment. We understand that some organizations have lengthy lead times to onboard new vendors or make payments so we encourage you to start that process as early as possible, even before the design phase is complete.


Orders under $3,000 can be paid via ACH, wire transfer or major credit card.

Orders over $3,000 can only be paid via ACH, wire transfer.

Can I brand my gifts with my company logo? Can I include my own marketing/promotional materials with my gifts?

We can brand both the items in your gifts as well as the gift packaging with your company logo or other custom branding. With hundred of branded gift options and dozens of branded packing options there are thousands of ways to showcase your brand with your employees, clients, partners and suppliers.

You can send us your marketing/promotional materials or other items and we will be happy to include them in your gift. In addition, each of our gifts include a greeting card with your custom message.
