Our Easy Breezy Guarantee is simple. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and gifting experience. If for any reason you are not, please let us know. Our gifting experts are fully trained to solve your problems quickly and efficiently.
If for any reason your gift does not arrive in perfect condition please let us know and we will make it right. If you feel like you need to send a gift back to us we understand. Go ahead and give us a call at 844-99-GIFTS (844-994-4387) or contact us. We’ll be happy to give you all the information you need to make your return quick and painless.
A refund will be issued within 4-business days for all approved returns which arrive in new condition. A fee equal to the original cost to ship the gift, the return shipping costs and the cost of any personalized items will be deducted from the return.
If a package is returned to us by the carrier (invalid address, missing apartment or suite number, undeliverable, refused by recipient, office closed, etc.) we will reach out to the sender to try to get a new address or further shipping instructions. Once we receive a new address from the sender we will email them an electronic invoice for $12 plus the new shipping charges charged by UPS. The $12 fee covers the return shipping charges assessed by UPS (normally $10 to $15) plus the cost of opening the gift, repacking the gift so everything is in perfect condition and the new shipping box and packing materials.
If we don't hear back from the sender with the new address or if the invoice is not paid within ten business days we will consider the gift unclaimed. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed packages.
