Easy Breezy Guarantee & Return Policy

Our Easy Breezy Guarantee is simple: we want every gift to arrive in perfect condition and every customer to feel confident in their experience.

If any item arrives damaged in transit, contact us, and we will promptly send a replacement.


All Sales Are Final

Each gift is custom assembled specifically for your recipient. Because of this, all sales are final, and items are not returnable or refundable.

If you receive a gift that you are unable to use, we encourage you to pass it along or donate it to brighten someone else’s day.


Undeliverable Gifts

If a gift is returned to us by the carrier for any reason, including an invalid address, missing apartment or suite number, delivery refusal, or an unclaimed package, we will contact the sender by email to request updated shipping information.

Once we receive the updated address, we will send an invoice for the cost of return shipping and reshipping. After payment is received, we will inspect, repackage, and resend the gift.

If we do not receive updated instructions or payment within ten business days, the gift will be considered unclaimed and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed gifts.
