    How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?

    Available Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    UPS Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day when ordered by 2:00 PM ET Monday - Friday. Estimated delivery date and cost will be shown when checking out

    UPS 2-Day Air: Delivered in two business day when ordered by 2:00 PM ET Monday - Friday. Estimated delivery date and cost will be shown when checking out

    Standard Shipping: Two to five business days when ordered by 5:00 PM ET Monday - Friday. Specific delivery date and cost will be shown when checking out. Not Available to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

    When calculating business days, don't count the day your gift ships. For example if you place an order on Thursday at 5:00 PM ET, with UPS 2-Day shipping, it will ship on Friday with delivery on the following Tuesday.

    Can I order now and have my gifts delivered on a specific date in the future?

    Yes. If your desired delivery date is 7 or more days from the day you place your order select "Buy Now - Ship Later" during checkout.   After you have completed your order text your order number and desired delivery date to 844-994-4387.

    We can only schedule delivery Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We recommend you select a delivery date one day before your desired date to allow for any weather related delays with UPS.

    How much is shipping?

    If shipping to the contiguous USA we offer free standard shipping when your order is $75 or more.   Standard shipping for order under $75 is $9.99.

    We also offer several expedited shipping options.  Too see all shipping times and rates to your location add your gift to your cart and then enter your shipping address.   

    What is your return/refund policy?

    Our Easy Breezy Guarantee is simple.  If for any reason your gift does not arrive in perfect condition, contact us and we will send a replacement for anything that was damaged in transit.  


    All Sales are Final

    Each of our gifts is custom built specifically for your recipient and as such is not returnable or refundable.  If you have received a gift that you can't use or don't need, we encourage you to donate it to someone to brighten their day.

    Can I create my own custom box

    Yes, use our "Build Your Own Box" app to build your own custom gift.   Choose your gift packaging, gift items and personalized greeting card

    Can I ship multiple gifts to more than one shipping address?

    To ship to multiple addresses you can place separate orders for each address or contact us for help placing a bulk order (5+ gifts) shipping to multiple addresses.   

    If I am shipping multiple gifts to the same address how will I know which gift is which?

    Each gift includes a charity card with the gift name and charity code on the card.   This charity card, along with the greeting card, is packed on top of the gift box/crate inside the shipping carton.   If ordering several different gifts you can tell which gift is which by the gift name on the charity card.  If you are ordering multiples of the same gift name with personalization we suggest you include the recipient's name on the greeting card so you know which gift is for each recipient.    

    Can I send my gift anonymously?

    Yes, the only way the gift recipient will know who sent the gift to them is if the sender includes their name on the free greeting card. If they do not include their name it will be anonymous.

    If name is not included on the card and the gift recipient reaches out to us to ask who sent the gift, we will first contact the sender to make sure it is okay that we share their name. Without the sender's approval we will not let the recipient know who sent the gift.

    Do you include an invoice or receipt with my gift?

    No, we don't include invoices, receipts or packing lists. The only way the gift recipient will know who sent the gift is if you include your name on the greeting card.

    Who do you use to ship your gifts?

    Most of our gifts ship with UPS. You will receive a tracking number via text or email once your gift ships.

    Do you ship outside the USA?

    At this time we ship to the USA, Canada and most US territories.

    Do you offer bulk discounts when purchasing more than one gift?

    Yes, if purchasing five or more gifts please contact us and we can help you place your order with a bulk discount
