Most orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) ship the same day. Personalization is done in house and will not delay your order.

During checkout you will see estimated delivery dates for all available shipping methods.

Free shipping for orders over $100 is for standard shipping to the contiguous USA.

Substitution Information

Shadow Breeze is proud to source many of the products in our gift boxes from small-batch artisan businesses & makers throughout the USA.

On occasion, certain items may become unavailable with little or no notice. If an item in your gift box is unavailable when you place your order, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value in your gift.

Our Easy Breezy Guarantee & Return Policy
Our Easy Breezy Guarantee is simple.  If for any reason your gift does not arrive in perfect condition, contact us and we will send a replacement for anything that was damaged in transit.  

All Sales are Final
Each of our gifts is custom built specifically for your recipient and as such is not returnable or refundable.  If you have received a gift that you can't use or don't need, we encourage you to donate it to someone to brighten their day.

Undeliverable Gifts
If a gift is returned to us by the carrier for any reason (i.e., invalid address, missing apartment or suite number, undeliverable, refused by recipient, office closed, unclaimed, etc.) we will reach out to the sender via email to try to get a new address or further shipping instructions.  Once we receive a new address from the sender we will email them an electronic invoice for the cost of the return shipping and the reshipping of the gift.  Upon receipt of that payment we will repackage the gift to ensure everything is in perfect shape, and then reship the gift.  

If we don't hear back from the sender with the new address or if the invoice is not paid within ten business days we will consider the gift unclaimed and we will donate or dispose of the gift, at our sole discretion.  No refunds will be issued for gifts disposed of or donated.
