Most orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. All personalization is completed in-house to ensure quality and fast turnaround without delaying your order.

Estimated delivery dates for all available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 per shipping address within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to multiple recipients, each individual shipment must meet the $100 threshold to qualify.

If you would like to review mock-ups before your order is produced, please contact our team when you’re ready to place your order. We’re happy to provide design proofs for approval. Please note that creating mock-ups and waiting for approval may add time to your order timeline.

If there are any issues with your logos, even if you didn't request a mock-up, we will contact you via email and will put your order on hold while we wait for your reply.

Yes. We offer discounts on larger orders, typically starting at quantities of 10 or more gifts. For custom campaigns or higher volumes, please contact our team for a tailored quote.
