How long will it take for my gift box to be delivered?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday, generally ship the same day.
Transit times vary based on delivery location. You will see all shipping options during checkout.
Do you offer discounts on your corporate gift boxes?
When you subscribe to our newsletter emails you will receive a $15 discount the first time you order. In addition, you will have access to checkout exclusive promotions only offered to our subscribers. We regularly send discounts and promotion codes to our email subscribers.
If you are purchasing in bulk, more than five gift boxes, contact us for bulk pricing.
Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. During checkout, you will have the option to ship to multiple addresses.
To qualify for the free shipping, each shipping address must total $100 or more.
Can I build my own gift box, basket or crate?
Yes, with our “Build Your Own Box” app, you can build a unique gift basket, box, or crate just for your recipient. Your perfect gift will contain everything you want and nothing you don’t.
Do your food gift boxes need to be refrigerated?
No. All the items we include in our food baskets are shelf stable and don't need refrigeration until they are opened.
Does personalization cost extra?
No. When you choose gift packaging or gift items which can be personalized, that personalization is done for free.
Personalization is done in-house and will not delay the shipping of your order.
Can I include a gift message with my gift basket or gift box?
Yes. In fact, all of our gift baskets, boxes and crates include your choice of greeting card with your personal message. For an extra fee you can include a branded or photo card as well as a handwritten message.
