To print the box and card, we need a large, high-resolution logo. Vector files are preferred but in most cases, we can work with a .png or .jpg.
To engrave the mug we need a solid black logo with no shades of grey or layered colors in the logo.

Shipping Information
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) generally ship the same day. Large orders may require addiitonal time for branding and assembly.
During checkout you will see all available shipping methods and prices.
Free shipping for orders over $100 is for standard shipping to the contiguous USA. When shipping to multiple addresses, the total for each shipping address must be above $100 to qualify for the free standard shipping.
