Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 per shipping address within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to multiple recipients, each individual shipment must meet the $100 threshold to qualify.

Yes. Simply select the “Buy Now – Ship Later” shipping option at checkout, then email our team with your order number and desired delivery date. We’ll coordinate the shipment to arrive on that date. Will I see a proof before production?

If you would like to review mock-ups before your order is produced, please contact our team when you’re ready to place your order. We’re happy to provide design proofs for approval. Please note that creating mock-ups and waiting for approval may add time to your order timeline.

If there are any issues with your logos, even if you didn't request a mock-up, we will contact you via email and will put your order on hold while we wait for your reply.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts on larger orders, typically starting at quantities of 10 or more gifts. For custom campaigns or higher volumes, please contact our team for a tailored quote.
