Branding Specifications

Full-Color Printing (Box, Charger, Mousepad, Card):
A large, high-resolution logo is required. Vector files are preferred, though in most cases we can work with high-quality .png or .jpg files.

Laser Engraving (Tumbler):
A solid black logo is required. No gradients, shades of gray, or layered colors can be used for engraving.

Shipping Information

Most orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. All personalization is completed in-house to ensure quality and fast turnaround without delaying your order.

Estimated delivery dates for all available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 per shipping address within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to multiple recipients, each individual shipment must meet the $100 threshold to qualify.
Substitution Information

At Shadow Breeze, we proudly source many of the products in our gift boxes from small-batch artisan makers across the USA. Because many of these items are produced in limited quantities, occasional availability changes may occur.

If an item in your selected gift becomes unavailable, we will thoughtfully substitute it with a product of equal or greater value that maintains the overall quality and experience of your gift.

Can I schedule my gift to be delivered on a future date?

Yes. Simply select the “Buy Now – Ship Later” shipping option at checkout, then email our team with your order number and desired delivery date. We’ll coordinate the shipment to arrive on that date. We recommend selecting a date one or more business days before your desired date in case there are any transit delays with the shipping carrier. For larger or time-sensitive orders, we recommend reaching out in advance to ensure everything is timed perfectly.
Will I see a proof before production?

If you would like to review mock-ups before your order is produced, please contact our team when you’re ready to place your order. We’re happy to provide design proofs for approval. Please note that creating mock-ups and waiting for approval may add time to your order timeline.

If there are any issues with your logos, even if you didn't request a mock-up, we will contact you via email and will put your order on hold while we wait for your reply.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts on larger orders, typically starting at quantities of 10 or more gifts. For custom campaigns or higher volumes, please contact our team for a tailored quote.
