This concept was designed as an in-room welcome gift for a Las Vegas event, created to greet clients and prospects with something memorable.

The goal was to set the tone immediately. Not just with a gift, but with an experience that felt aligned with the energy of Las Vegas while still maintaining a polished, professional feel.

The direction centered on a black and gold aesthetic that felt elevated, bold, and cohesive.

We built a curated gift that balanced indulgence, practicality, and theme.

Each box included Liquid Death water, Jack Daniels praline pecans, black and gold playing cards, a Chocolove almonds and sea salt dark chocolate bar, and hangover mints. The combination was designed to feel both fun and thoughtful, while still appropriate for a professional setting.

Presentation played a key role. The items were arranged in premium black and gold metallic crinkle paper inside a structured black gift box, finished with a gold satin ribbon.

Branding was kept subtle, applied only to the gift tag and card, allowing the overall aesthetic to lead the experience.

We coordinated directly with hotel staff to ensure each gift was placed in-room ahead of guest arrival, creating a seamless welcome moment.

The final concept delivers an immediate sense of arrival.
