The goal was to create a simple way to thank employees across locations while reinforcing the company's brand and commitment to an engaged people-first culture.

Shadow Breeze designed a red, white, and blue themed gift experience built around a custom white gift box featuring a Happy Fourth of July image and the Transparent BPO logo on the lid. Inside, a branded insert tied the celebration back to the company and helped the gift feel like a coordinated part of their ongoing employee engagement efforts.

Each box was packed with items that made it easy for employees and their families to enjoy the holiday together. The contents included two cans of United Sodas in Cherry Pop and Sour Blueberry flavors, Cracker Jack, Bazooka gum, three boxes of sparklers, and a deck of Uno cards, all chosen to create a ready to use mini celebration kit that felt playful and on theme. Gifts were shipped direct to each recipient, removing the need for on site distribution and ensuring everyone received their gift on time before the holiday.
