Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 per shipping address within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to multiple recipients, each individual shipment must meet the $100 threshold to qualify.

If you would like to review mock-ups before your order is produced, please contact our team when you’re ready to place your order. We’re happy to provide design proofs for approval. Please note that creating mock-ups and waiting for approval may add time to your order timeline.

If there are any issues with your logos, even if you didn't request a mock-up, we will contact you via email and will put your order on hold while we wait for your reply.

Can I schedule my gift to be delivered on a future date?

Yes. Simply select the “Buy Now – Ship Later” shipping option at checkout, then email our team with your order number and desired delivery date. We’ll coordinate the shipment to arrive on that date. We recommend selecting a date one or more business days before your desired date in case there are any transit delays with the shipping carrier.
